Terms and Conditions
Last updated 27 October 2026These terms govern your use of the Earth Beat website and the purchase of tickets for Earth Beat events. By purchasing a ticket you accept them, together with any specific conditions shown on the event page and the Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy.
Tickets and admission
A ticket is a personal licence to attend a specific event. It is valid only for the event, date, session and ticket category shown on it. Each ticket carries a unique code and a secure entry code; a ticket may be admitted once only.
We may refuse admission or ask a guest to leave where a ticket cannot be verified, where the event has an age restriction or dress code that is not met, or where behaviour endangers or seriously disturbs others. Duplicated, altered or resold tickets may be refused without refund.
Prices, availability and currency
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout, with Kenyan Shillings as our default. The amount and currency shown in your order summary is the amount charged. We do not change a price after you have begun checkout.
Sending a ticket request does not reserve a ticket and does not create an admission right. Our team confirms each request and sends payment details; a ticket is issued only after payment is verified, and only while the allocation lasts.
Changes and cancellation by us
We may need to change timings, line-ups, venues or formats, or to postpone or cancel an event where circumstances require it. Where an event is postponed or cancelled we will contact affected ticket holders using the details supplied at purchase and set out the options available, in line with the Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy.
Events take place outdoors or on the water. Where conditions make an event unsafe, we may adjust the format or reschedule rather than cancel.
Your conduct and media
Guests are responsible for their own conduct and for complying with venue rules, safety instructions and any lawful direction from staff. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Photography and filming take place at our events. Attendance means you may appear in images or footage, and our Media and Photography Policy sets out how that material is used, how to ask about it, and how to request review or removal.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a ticket is limited to the amount paid for that ticket. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
