Ways to gather
Five formats, each shaped by the place it happens in — a listening room, a coastline at sunset, an open field, a weekend away, or a private table.
Every gathering begins with the ground it stands on.
We start with the setting — its light, its sound, the way people arrive and leave — and build outward from there. What follows is not a package. It is a set of formats we know how to hold well.

Listening rooms
Small rooms, good systems, and a selector allowed to take their time. The listening room is where Earth Beat began.
We take over rooftops, courtyards and quiet halls, treat them acoustically and light them low. Nothing competes: a single set of speakers, a considered record bag and seating close enough that the music arrives without effort.
- Curated sets from regional selectors
- Sound tuned to the room it plays in
- Seated and standing, 80–250 guests

Dhow and yacht evenings
Out of the creek at the hour the light turns, back when the evening has properly begun.
Dhow and yacht evenings run on the coast, built around the sail rather than around a schedule. Food is served on deck in courses; the sound is low and warm so the water still has a voice. Groups are kept small enough to feel like a private table.
- Sunset sailing from the creek
- Dinner and drinks served on deck
- Private charters and shared evenings

Open-air and festival days
Across an afternoon into the night, with room enough for the whole city to arrive.
Longer gatherings are staged outdoors with the landscape as the set: two stages paced so they never compete, food from people who live nearby, and shade, water and seating considered before the line-up is announced.
- Multi-stage programming
- Regional food and craft makers
- Daylight through to late evening

Destination weekends
Three days somewhere worth the journey, paced so the weekend never feels like a schedule.
Destination weekends gather a small group in one place — the coast, the highlands, an island — with accommodation, transfers and the programme held together by us. Mornings are left open; the music and the table arrive later in the day.
- Accommodation and transfers arranged
- Three-day, small-group format
- One coastal or highland setting at a time

Private and corporate gatherings
A celebration, a launch, a table for people you have wanted in one room for a long time.
We build private evenings and brand gatherings from the ground up — venue, sound, food, service and the small details that carry the evening. Every element is chosen rather than packaged, and nothing is added that the room does not need.
- Concept and venue direction
- Sound, food and service coordination
- Private dinners, launches and celebrations
The calendar is where these become evenings.
